There are four Area Meetings covering Wales
and the borders. Area Meetings can be defined as a cluster of
local meetings which have a collective identity within an area.
Below are the Area Meetings in Wales and the
local meetings within each area:

Minute of agreement/Memorandum of Understanding between MFW and
AM's in Wales
(please note that in 2009 there were changes
to the structure of the Area Meetings in Wales):
In the minutes of the Hereford and Mid
Wales Area Meeting at Abergavenny on 14 March 2009. (Minute
09/35, outlines the historic nature of this meeting.) From
1 April there will be two new Area Meetings:
Mid-Wales Area Quaker Meeting
(Cyfarfod Crynwyr Rhanbarth Canolbarth Cymru)
consisting of the meetings at Aberystwyth, Dolgellau, Dolobran,
Llanidloes, Machynlleth and Newtown.
The Southern Marches Area Quaker Meeting
(Cyfarfod Crynwyr Rhanbarth y Deheuol Gororau) will
consist of Abergavenny, Almeley Wootton, Clun Valley,
Hay-on-Wye, Hereford, Ledbury, Llandrindod & Pales, Ludlow and
Ross-on-Wye meetings.
